To be successful you must have:
- A valid CSCS/CPCS relevant to your trade
- Have past experience in TBM projects or relative tunneling works
- TSTS or 6151 would be highly beneficial
- Ability to keep records.
- Must be punctual, reliable and willing to work a rotating shift pattern.
