We are currently looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our team based in Orsett who can hit the ground running in this role. The role will be key in supporting the Accounts Team to help deliver day to day monthly finance activities and so relevant experience is needed.
Daily duties will include but not be limited to:
- Purchase ledging
- Sales Ledging
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Nominal reconciliations
- Credit control
- Reconcile and review the aged creditors report on a monthly basis
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Ad hoc duties
Skills and experience needed
- 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- Attention to detail
- Customer Service
- Ability to multi task
- Experience using Easy Build (our finance system) would give you an advantage
