Document Controller

Join Our Team: We are looking for a highly organised and efficient Site Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our site operations and ensuring effective coordination of staff and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Purpose
Turn information produced by technical teams and department representatives into usable files. You will work with electronic and hard copy documents.
Key Accountabilities
Creating document templates
Converting information from project teams into user-friendly documents
Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference
Scanning, copying and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders
Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality
Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy
Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements
Training document specialists and other employees on document systems
Required Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programmes
Understanding of document control systems
Verbal and written communication skills
Clear and efficient numbering and labelling skills
Typing accuracy and efficiency
Attention to detail to ensure documents are accurate and made to specifications
Filing and organisation skills for document storage
Industry-specific technical knowledge, including understanding of industry terms, policies and processes
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a site-based role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
