About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Drain Layer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoys working as part of a professional construction and civil infrastructure team.
Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain drainage systems and pipelines.
Read and interpret plans, specifications, and site drawings.
Excavate trenches and prepare sites for drainage installation.
Lay pipes and connect drainage networks to required standards.
Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance and functionality.
Operate and work safely around construction equipment and machinery.
Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies.
Work collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and team members.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Drainlayer or in a similar civil construction role.
Relevant drainage qualification or certification preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong understanding of drainage systems, pipe laying, and excavation methods.
Excellent work ethic and reliability.
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
