Joseph Gallagher Ltd is recruiting experienced Tunnel Supervisors for a large-scale tunnelling project in Saudi Arabia.
You will be responsible for supervising underground construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.

The Tunnelling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the works and ensuring that each person under their control knows how to safely undertake the required tasks.
The Tunnelling Supervisor helps to create and maintain a safe and healthy working environment, motivating the workforce and, ensuring efficiency and productivity in achieving the project targets.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise tunnelling crews and daily underground activities.
Monitor compliance with health and safety procedures.
Coordinate excavation and support operations.
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction.
Liaise with engineers, foremen, and project management teams.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience supervising NATM/SCL tunnelling operations.
Strong understanding of underground construction methods.
Experience managing teams within live tunnelling environments.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Mobilisation
Immediate and short-notice candidates are highly desirable.
