JGL is looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Resourcer to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across a range of sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong candidate relationships.

Working closely with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality candidate pipelines and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract high-calibre candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for vacancies.

• Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.

• Develop and manage candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional recruitment experience.

• Create engaging job advertisements and candidate marketing campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records within the recruitment CRM/ATS system.

• Support recruiters and managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Keep up to date with market trends and candidate availability.

• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Proven experience as a Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.

• Strong candidate sourcing and headhunting experience.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident using recruitment databases, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Desirable:

• Previous experience sourcing blue collar roles within construction industry.
